By accessing or using PST Browser ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PST Browser is a web-based tool for importing, searching, and browsing Microsoft Outlook PST archive files. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload does not violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at andy@computerhelpsos.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid subscription fees are due at the start of each billing period. We accept major credit cards via our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.
Each plan includes a defined storage quota for PST files and extracted attachments. You are responsible for managing your storage usage within your plan limits. We reserve the right to suspend upload access if your usage exceeds your quota.
We aim to keep PST Browser available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party service failures, telecommunications outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
PST Browser and its operators shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not share, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise make your personal information or uploaded data available to third parties except as required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or have a history of payment disputes (chargebacks). Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
